Product images, descriptions, fabrics, colors, and specifications shown on the website are for general guidance. Final product details depend on your approved design, selected fabric, size chart, branding method, sample approval, and order requirements.
Quotes and Pricing
Prices are provided based on the details you share with us, including product type, fabric, design, quantity, logos, labels, printing, embroidery, packaging, and delivery requirements.
A quote may change if:
- The design is changed
- The order quantity changes
- Fabric or material requirements change
- Branding details are added or revised
- Packaging or shipping requirements change
- Extra customization is requested
- Incorrect or incomplete information was provided
A quote does not confirm production until the order is approved and payment terms are agreed.
Order Confirmation
An order is considered confirmed only when all required details are approved by both sides. This may include product design, size chart, fabric, color, logo placement, quantity, pricing, payment terms, sampling details, and delivery requirements.
Blazenix Sports may refuse, cancel, or pause an order if required information is missing, payment is not received, the requested product is not suitable for production, or the order violates any law, policy, or third-party rights.
Custom Orders
Most products made by Blazenix Sports are custom-made according to customer requirements. Because custom products are produced specifically for you, they cannot be treated the same as ready-stock products.
You are responsible for checking and approving all details before production begins, including:
- Product style
- Fabric type
- Colors
- Size chart
- Logo placement
- Spelling
- Artwork files
- Labels and tags
- Packaging details
- Quantity
- Sample comments
- Final production approval
Once production starts, changes may not be possible or may require extra charges.
Samples
Blazenix Sports may provide sample development before bulk production. Sample charges, shipping charges, and development time will depend on the product and customization requirements.
A sample is made to help you review the product style, fit, fabric, stitching, logo placement, and finishing. Bulk production will follow the approved sample as closely as possible.
Small differences may occur in bulk production due to fabric batches, hand-finishing, printing, embroidery, cutting, or production processes.
Customer Approval
Your approval is required before moving forward with sampling or bulk production. Approval may be given through email, message, written confirmation, payment, or any other clear communication.
Once you approve a sample, design, mockup, size chart, or production detail, Blazenix Sports will use that approval as the basis for manufacturing.
We are not responsible for errors that were present in approved artwork, approved spelling, approved size charts, approved colors, or approved design details.
Artwork, Logos, and Brand Files
If you send us logos, artwork, labels, designs, badges, patches, or brand files, you confirm that you own them or have permission to use them.
You agree that Blazenix Sports is not responsible for any trademark, copyright, ownership, or legal issue related to files provided by you.
We may use your files only for communication, sampling, production, order handling, and related business purposes unless you give permission for other use.
Intellectual Property
All website text, layout, images, graphics, design elements, and brand materials belonging to Blazenix Sports remain the property of Blazenix Sports unless stated otherwise.
You may not copy, reuse, resell, or reproduce website content without written permission.
Custom designs, logos, and artwork supplied by customers remain the property of the customer, subject to their ownership rights.
Payment Terms
Payment terms are agreed before order production. Depending on the order, we may require full payment, advance payment, balance payment before shipping, or another agreed payment structure.
Production may not begin until the required payment is received.
Blazenix Sports may pause or cancel an order if payment is delayed, incomplete, reversed, or disputed without valid reason.
Any bank charges, transfer fees, currency conversion fees, taxes, customs duties, or payment service charges are the responsibility of the customer unless agreed otherwise.
Production Time
Production time depends on the product type, quantity, customization, fabric availability, sampling approval, payment confirmation, and order complexity.
Estimated production timelines are provided for guidance. Delays may happen due to fabric availability, customer approval delays, artwork issues, payment delays, shipping conditions, holidays, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
Blazenix Sports is not responsible for losses caused by reasonable production or delivery delays.
Shipping and Delivery
Shipping details are agreed according to the customer’s location and order requirements. Delivery time depends on courier service, customs clearance, destination country, and other shipping conditions.
Once an order is handed over to the courier or shipping provider, delivery handling is controlled by that provider.
Blazenix Sports is not responsible for courier delays, customs delays, import duties, incorrect delivery addresses, failed delivery attempts, or charges applied by the destination country.
You are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, clearance charges, or other local fees in the destination country.
These charges are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Blazenix Sports cannot guarantee the amount of customs duties or taxes charged by your country.
Order Cancellations
Order cancellation requests must be made as soon as possible.
If production has not started, cancellation may be possible depending on the status of materials, sampling, artwork, and preparation work.
If sampling, fabric sourcing, cutting, printing, embroidery, stitching, or bulk production has started, cancellation may not be possible, or charges may apply.
Custom order payments may be non-refundable once production work has begun.
Returns and Refunds
Because Blazenix Sports manufactures custom products, returns are generally not accepted for approved custom orders.
Refunds or replacements may only be considered if there is a confirmed manufacturing fault caused by Blazenix Sports.
We do not accept returns or refunds for issues caused by:
- Approved design details
- Approved size charts
- Incorrect customer measurements
- Wrong artwork supplied by the customer
- Spelling errors approved by the customer
- Color expectations without confirmed samples
- Changes requested after production
- Normal minor production variation
- Damage caused after delivery
- Incorrect use, washing, or handling
Quality Claims
If you believe there is a manufacturing issue with your order, you must contact us within a reasonable time after receiving the products.
You may be asked to provide photos, videos, order details, product counts, and a description of the issue.
If a valid manufacturing fault is confirmed, Blazenix Sports may offer a repair, replacement, partial adjustment, credit, or another reasonable solution depending on the situation.
Product Variations
Custom apparel production may include small variations in color, size, fabric feel, stitching, print placement, embroidery, or finishing. These small differences are common in garment manufacturing and are not considered defects unless they exceed reasonable production tolerance.
Colors may also appear different on screens due to lighting, device settings, photography, and display differences.
Customer Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and timely information for your order.
You are responsible for:
- Sending correct artwork
- Checking spelling and logo details
- Providing accurate size charts
- Approving samples carefully
- Reviewing all order details
- Making payments on time
- Providing correct delivery information
- Responding to production questions quickly
Delays caused by missing or incorrect customer information may affect production and delivery timelines.
Prohibited Orders
Blazenix Sports may refuse to produce any product that includes illegal content, hateful content, offensive material, unauthorized trademarks, copied brand logos, restricted symbols, or anything that may violate third-party rights.
We reserve the right to reject any order at our discretion.
Limitation of Liability
Blazenix Sports works to provide reliable products and services, but we are not responsible for indirect losses, lost profits, business interruption, missed events, resale losses, marketing losses, or damages caused by delays, courier issues, customer errors, or misuse of products.
Our responsibility for any confirmed issue will be limited to the value of the affected products or a reasonable solution decided after review.
Website Accuracy
We try to keep website information accurate and updated, but we do not guarantee that all content is always complete, error-free, or current.
We may correct errors, update content, change service details, or remove information at any time.
